About this site

What this site is, and what it isn’t.

This site presents BeFinanceAI through a product demonstration. Here’s what it shows, what it keeps in your browser, how it chooses your language, and how it’s built for accessibility.

The demonstration

Sample data. Simulated actions.

The product views, the BeFinance Agent demo, and the product demo share the same illustrative data, and nothing you do in them becomes a real operation.

  • Illustrative sample data

Every request, document, transaction, name, and amount on this site is sample data, written to show how the platform organizes work.

On screen:Product demo · Sample data

  • No real transactions

Payments, follow-ups, and the other steps in the demos are only simulated, and each result says that nothing was sent.

On screen:Simulation · Not sentDemo complete. No payment was sent.

  • A form that sends nothing

The demo request form checks what you enter, then discards it: nothing is sent or stored, and no one receives it.

On screen:Demo form. Your details will not be sent.

  • An agent demo without an AI service

The BeFinance Agent demo runs in your browser. Its responses are prepared in advance from the sample data, so the same request always gets the same response.

On screen:Interactive demo. No real transactions are performed.

  • Clyde, a live AI assistant

Clyde answers questions about BeFinanceAI with an AI model, so its answers can vary and can be wrong. It only answers: it can’t see or change any account, and it takes no action.

On screen:Clyde is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Don’t share personal or financial details.

  • Changes that don’t last

In the product demo, your simulated actions are kept while you move between its pages. Reloading the page, changing the language, or choosing “Reset demo” restores the sample data.

  • Not part of this site

Pricing, legal terms, company details beyond the contact address, and sign-in aren’t part of this demonstration site.

Cookies and tracking

One cookie. No tracking.

  • This site has no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking, and opening its pages loads nothing from other websites. Even the typeface is served by the site itself.
  • It sets a single cookie, and only once you make a choice: when you pick a language or answer the language suggestion, the cookie remembers which language you want.
  • If you delete it in your browser’s settings, the site goes back to choosing a language automatically.

Clyde

What Clyde sends, and what it keeps.

Clyde answers questions about BeFinanceAI with an AI model. Browsing the site sends it nothing: it connects only once you open it, and your messages leave only when you send them.

Clyde, the assistant

When you open it
Your browser solves a short computing task, which makes automated abuse harder. No message is sent, and nothing is stored in your browser.
Sent to
BeFinanceAI’s server at app.befinanceai.com, then DeepSeek, the AI provider that writes Clyde’s answers. DeepSeek may process it outside Brazil and Europe, under its own terms.
What is sent
Your message, with card, account, and ID numbers, passwords, email addresses, and phone numbers in common formats replaced by placeholders; the last few messages of the conversation; the page’s language and address; and a code made from your session, which changes every month.
Kept
BeFinanceAI’s server keeps no message text. To prevent abuse, it keeps counters and a record of each request (what happened, never what was written) under codes made from your session and network address, for up to 30 days, and daily totals that identify no one. The answer to one of Clyde’s suggested questions may be kept for 24 hours under a code made from the question, never the question itself.
The conversation
Kept only in the memory of this browser tab, with no cookie or storage, until you reload or close the page.
Your part
Don’t share personal or financial details, such as names, addresses, or account information: removal is automatic, so it can miss some.

Languages

Five languages, one clear order.

Every page has an address in each language. Only the words, and the way dates and numbers are written, change: sample names, IDs, and amounts in US dollars stay the same.

Languages and their addresses

  • English/en
  • Português (Brasil)/pt-br
  • Español/es
  • Français/fr
  • Deutsch/de

How a page’s language is chosen

  1. The address

An address that includes a language, such as /de/faq, always opens in that language, so a shared link opens as it was shared.

  2. Your choice

An address without one, such as /faq, opens in the language you last chose.

  3. Your browser

If you haven’t chosen, the site uses the first of your browser’s preferred languages that it offers. Regional variants count: Portuguese from Portugal opens the Brazilian Portuguese pages.

  4. English

If none of your browser’s languages matches, the page opens in English.

The language suggestion

If your browser prefers one of the site’s other languages, a short notice offers the page in that language, written in it: at the bottom of the screen, or at the end of the page when the window is very short. It never takes focus, and once you answer it or choose a language, it doesn’t appear again.

Example: the notice a visitor sees when their browser prefers Português (Brasil).

Changing the language

Use the language menu at the top of the page (inside the menu on small screens), or the language list at the bottom of the page. You stay on the same page.

Accessibility

How the site is built for accessibility.

The practices below apply across the site, from the home page to the product demo.

  • Keyboard

Links and controls can be reached with Tab and used from the keyboard, in reading order. The first stop on every page is “Skip to main content”.

  • Visible focus

A pink outline marks the link or control that has keyboard focus.

  • Reduced motion

When your device asks for reduced motion, content appears without movement, and links within a page jump instead of scrolling smoothly.

  • Zoom and text size

Layouts reflow as you zoom in, so pages don’t scroll sideways. On narrow screens, the product demo’s filter buttons sit in one row that scrolls on its own.

  • Screen readers

Pages are organized with headings and landmarks. Product views have text descriptions, small examples that only illustrate the text beside them are hidden, icon-only buttons have names, and changes such as search results or a finished demo are announced.

  • Not color alone

Statuses differ in wording, icon, and tag style (outlined, dashed, tinted, or solid), so none relies on color alone.

  • Forms

Every field has a visible label. Required fields are identified to screen readers, and errors are written out next to the field they concern.

  • Language

Each page declares its language, and language names are marked with their own, so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
