A request is one piece of work you track in the workspace, such as a supplier payment or a vendor onboarding, with its stages and documents. A verified document is one document checked in a request’s document checklist.

Each plan covers up to a set number of requests and verified documents per month. If you need more, talk to the team about a larger plan, or about Enterprise, whose volumes are agreed with the team.
