Working with BeFinance Agent
Choose an example request and follow BeFinance Agent from your request to its preparation and your review.
This guide describes the demonstration on this site, which uses sample data.
What the agent demo shows
BeFinance Agent helps you review information and prepare tasks from a request written in plain language. The agent demo on this site runs three example requests on the sample data. It runs in your browser with prepared responses: no AI service is involved, and nothing it prepares is sent.
Try it on the BeFinance Agent page or inside the product demo, where it has a page of its own.
Choose an example
Under Try a request, choose one of the three example requests.
Follow its progress at the top of the work area: Request, Preparation, and Your review.
Read the agent’s reply, then review the task it prepared below it.
If your device is set to reduce motion, the agent skips its short preparation pause and shows the result at once.
What each example prepares
- Summarize my recent transactions.
- A read-only summary of the six most recent transactions: completed money in and out, and the payment that’s waiting for your review. Nothing is changed.
- Review the outstanding items in this request.
- A checklist for REQ-2049: which documents are verified, which are outstanding, and a suggested next step for each. Draft follow-ups prepares follow-up drafts, which are never sent.
- Prepare a payment for my review.
- A payment draft for invoice INV-0412 that you can edit, review, and confirm in a simulation. No money moves.
What always stays with you
BeFinance Agent prepares, summarizes, and suggests. It doesn’t send messages, confirm payments, or change records on its own: everything it prepares waits for your review.
In this demo, even your confirmation is a simulation. Confirming the agent’s payment draft ends with Demo complete. No payment was sent. The examples also don’t change the requests in the product demo.
