Clarity and control

Every step explained. Every decision yours.

BeFinanceAI is designed to make financial work easy to follow and to keep sensitive decisions with you. Four principles shape the interface, and each one is shown here with sample data.

Organized information

Everything about a request stays attached to it: its amount and dates, the documents behind it, and what has happened so far. One record answers the questions a review starts with.

  • DetailsLabeled and formatted the same way on every request.
  • DocumentsAttached to the request they support, each with its own status.
  • HistoryEvery event kept with its request, most recent first.
Product demo with sample data: supplier payment REQ-2051 to Halden Supply Co. for $4,280.00, kept as one record with its details, its two documents, and its history.

Understandable steps

Every request moves through the same four stages, named in plain language. Statuses differ in wording, icon, and tag style (outlined, dashed, tinted, or solid), so none relies on color alone.

Product demo with sample data: request REQ-2051 was received on October 23, reviewed on October 23, and has been ready for your confirmation since October 24. Its last stage, completed, hasn’t started.

Review before sensitive actions

Payments are prepared as drafts, with the payee, amount, date, and account in full view. Confirming one is always a step you take yourself; BeFinance Agent never takes it for you.

  • A prepared payment is marked “Awaiting your review” until you confirm it.
  • To confirm, you first check that you’ve reviewed the payee, amount, and payment date.
  • Confirming ends this simulation, and no payment is sent. It doesn’t change REQ-2051 in the product demo.

Visible request progress

A request keeps a dated record of everything that happened to it. Open items say what they need and who they’re waiting on, so it’s clear where every follow-up stands.

  • Every event is dated and tied to its request.
  • Open items name who they’re waiting on.
  • Follow-ups stay in view as drafts, marked “Draft · Not sent”.
Product demo with sample data: vendor onboarding request REQ-2049 for Larkfield Studio. Three documents are still open: the bank confirmation letter is being checked, and a clearer proof of business address and the signed authorized signatory form are waiting on Larkfield Studio, with follow-ups drafted but not sent. The request’s history lists five events, most recent first.
