Using the product demo
Find your way around the simulated workspace, try its steps, and start over whenever you like.
This guide describes the demonstration on this site, which uses sample data.
A workspace with sample data
The product demo is a simulated BeFinanceAI workspace with sample requests, documents, and transactions. You can open records, filter lists, and take the steps a finance team would take, but nothing you do there is sent anywhere, and no real payment or message is involved.
Every page of the demo starts with the Product demo · Sample data band, so you always know you’re in the simulation. Select Exit demo to return to the home page.
Find your way around
The demo has five pages. On small screens, open Menu to see them.
- Overview
- What needs your attention, your requests by stage, a suggestion from BeFinance Agent, and recent activity.
- Requests
- Every request. Filter them by stage, or search by request ID, contact, or type, then open one to see its next step, its progress and activity, and its documents.
- Verifications
- The documents of every request with their status: what’s complete, what’s in progress, and what needs a follow-up.
- Transactions
- Money in and out, with filters and totals. Open a transaction to see its details and the request it belongs to.
- BeFinance Agent
- The interactive agent demo, inside the workspace.
Take a simulated step
Three sample requests have a step you can take. Their tasks are listed under What needs your attention on Overview.
Choose a task’s button, such as Draft follow-up. Its request opens at Next step.
Check the details, then take the step: draft a follow-up, confirm a payment, or mark a request as reviewed.
Read the result. Each one says what happened in the simulation, such as Demo complete. No payment was sent.
Start over at any time
Your simulated steps stay in place while you move between demo pages, so a follow-up drafted on Verifications also shows on its request’s page.
Select Reset demo to clear them all and restore the sample data. Reloading the page or switching to another language also starts the demo over.
Simulated steps need JavaScript. Without it, you can still open every page and record of the demo.
