How it works

Describe it. Review it. Confirm it.

A request you start follows the same path: you say what you need, BeFinance Agent prepares the details, and nothing moves forward until you confirm. Then you can follow the request through each stage.

  1. Describe what you need.

Tell BeFinance Agent what you need in a sentence, the way you’d ask a colleague.

    • Write it in plain language, such as “Prepare a payment for invoice INV-0412.”
    • Or start from a request that’s already in your workspace.
    • The request stays attached, so everything that follows refers to the right record.
Product demo with sample data. A new request to BeFinance Agent, attached to supplier payment REQ-2051 for Halden Supply Co., reads: “Prepare a payment for invoice INV-0412.” Below it, two requests from the workspace are listed, ready to open instead.
  2. Review the details and next steps.

BeFinance Agent gathers the details and prepares the task, then shows you its work.

    • What it found: the invoice, its amount, and its due date.
    • What it checked: that the invoice matches purchase order PO-1187.
    • What happens next: one clear step, and it’s yours to take.
Product demo with sample data. BeFinance Agent found invoice INV-0412 for $4,280.00, due Oct 31, 2026, confirmed that it matches purchase order PO-1187, and prepared a payment draft to Halden Supply Co. The draft hasn’t been sent. The next step is yours: review and confirm the payment details.
  3. Confirm and track your request.

When the details are right, confirm them. Until you do, nothing moves forward.

    • Sensitive actions, such as payments, need your explicit confirmation.
    • From then on, each stage shows when it was reached and what happened.
    • In this demo, confirming is a simulation: no payment is sent.
Product demo with sample data. Supplier payment REQ-2051 to Halden Supply Co. for $4,280.00 is waiting for your confirmation. Below, the request’s progress shows three of its four stages reached.
